A: Yes. By connecting your system via API through the Playground Console, integration with your existing chat engine is possible

Can we use only voice synthesis or the chat engine (LLM / RAG)?
A: Yes. Playground Voice and Playground Chat are each available via API.

Is it possible to customize AI models (LLM / RAG / Voice, etc.)?
A: Yes. Using EmoticoreAI's proprietary models, we provide AI models tailored to closely match each customer's ideal requirements.

How long does it take to introduce Playground Interactive (conversational AI Avatar service)?
A: The timeline varies depending on use case and specifications, but service launch is possible in as little as one month.

Is there a function to support learning of knowledge (LLM / RAG) data?
A: Yes. By using the Playground Console, even users without specialized knowledge can manage and operate knowledge data via the web.

Is the data we input used for AI training?
A: No. Customer data is never used for training our models or for our business purposes.

Is video generation using AI Avatars possible?
A: No. This functionality is currently under preparation for future service offerings.

How is pricing structured?
A: Pricing consists of an initial setup fee and a running cost. We propose plans based on your use case and requirements, so please feel free to contact us.

Can you also handle character creation for conversational AI Avatars?
A: In principle, customers provide their own assets, but we can also support this by collaborating with our production partners.

How long does avatar filming take for real people, and where is it done?
A: Preparation and filming take approximately 6 minutes per avatar (one pose), with setup taking about one hour. Filming can be done at your office or meeting room, but for higher avatar quality, studio recording is recommended.
